📍 Location: UK
🏠 Work Mode: Fully Remote
💰 Compensation: £50,000–£70,000 base salary (depending on experience)
📆 Start date: January 2026
⏲️ Working time: Full-time (37.5 hours/week), flexible working hours

What you will do
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop compelling value propositions, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for target segments and personas
- Plan, execute and measure comprehensive omni-channel marketing programs that support revenue and growth plans
- Support development and execution of product-related content, collateral, campaigns, sales enablement tools, presentation materials, and client communications
- Manage the company website to optimize traffic and drive lead generation. Measure all aspects of site performance and identify tests to drive continual improvements.
- Generate reporting and insightful analytics to evaluate channel and campaign impact, establishing clear, measurable objectives & KPIs and recommending future actions
- Identify and manage external agencies and freelance resources as needed
- Manage projects and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Your team will include
You will join a dynamic Marketing team responsible for all awareness building and demand generation programs across the company’s targeted segments and personas. This role has no direct reports. Please note that occasional international travel may be required for corporate events.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Data Partner Network teams to ensure marketing efforts meet their needs and are fully aligned with commercial objectives.
What makes you a strong fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of product marketing or marketing communications experience in a B2B company focused on data, analytics, or technology within the life sciences industry
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proven ability to create content; strong attention to detail / project management orientation
- Expertise in digital marketing best practices, social media, and CMS tools (HubSpot and WordPress a must)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and Salesforce
You’ll stand out if you have
- Experience working on an integrated team responsible for multi-channel marketing
- Knowledge of SEO / SEM and LinkedIn marketing
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; agility and maturity to adapt to evolving needs; ability to overcome ambiguity
