In this role, you'll help to provide high-quality technical solutions and exceptional support to our global customers. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth deployments, efficient operations, and a seamless customer experience. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth in a leading healthcare technology company.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver and support technical infrastructure and applications: Ensure smooth deployments and ongoing support for our customers' solutions.
- Partner with DevOps and Operations teams: Collaborate to optimize deployment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor: Guide customers through solution architecture, integration decisions, and technical delivery processes.
- Create technical documentation: Develop clear and concise documentation for both customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams: Work together to provide prompt and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Act as the primary technical support representative: Be the go-to person for customer technical inquiries and support.
Who You Are:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Is fluent in French and has professional English communication skills.
- Boasts at least 3 years of experience delivering and supporting technical infrastructure and applications (cloud experience a plus).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Is comfortable working with Linux and using command-line interfaces for troubleshooting.
- Has experience with networking concepts and resolving network issues.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with medical imaging and related technologies.
- Proficiency with tools like Terraform, Helm, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of incorporating vulnerability scanning into cloud-native maintenance plans.

Our technical team is mostly located in Technopolis Hub in Espoo (Otaniemi) and thus Espoo is the preferred location for our new financial controller colleague. If you are located nearby Turku area, you can also work at our office in Turku (Kupittaa).
